About me

Hannah

Hi, I’m Hannah, I have been teaching a range of pathways in Yoga for nearly years now, consisting of 3000+ hours of private and group class experience. I am also qualified in Reiki and Thai Massage (head, neck and shoulders)

Not only do i teach regular Yoga classes, I have a big passion for working with people with ailments, disabilities and mental health challanges. I love to see people feel better and stronger physically and mentally. I have experience teaching people with Osteoporosis, Lupus, and chronic anxiety. All of whom have benefitted greatly from the specially devised classes i have provided for them.

I can taper my practice and teachings to anyone’s needs. Whether it’s more of a physical exercise class or a holistic approach incorporating philosophical texts, educating students on the other aspects of Yoga, Pranayama-breathing exercises, Chanting, Guided Savasana and Meditations. I am a firm believer in physcially assisting the practitioner to allow them to surrender deeper into their poses and maintain the correct alignment, getting maximum effects, comfort and stability as well as reducing the chances for injury.

I not only have a passion for yoga but for all types of health and fitness. I represented our county in Athletics (800m and Hurdles) I was a dancer for 10 years during my earlier years winning over 80 medals and 20 trophies. I am also the youngest girl in Great Britain to swim a mile. I was 4 years old and my Father who was a swimming teacher, coached me from a young age to accomplish this marathon swim for Multiple Sclerosis, raising £800.

I have taken part in photoshoots for Om magazine, Limber stretch (yoga clothing brand) Lalucci (yoga clothing brand) and various other projects.
