Hi, I’m Hannah! I have been teaching a range of Yogic Pathways including Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Hatha Vinyasa and Yin yoga for over 5 years now, consisting of 4000+ hours of hands on experience.

I started my yoga journey back in 2011 as a compliment to the gym work and boxing I was doing back then. It really started to resonate with me in 2013 when I found a teacher that I connected too and really liked her style, she really inspired me. This was when yoga really impacted me and I fell in love with the practice. Theres a saying in the industry "When the student is ready, the teacher appears" and I definitely believe that's what happened to me and also what I have gone on to do for hundreds of other people.

I have 580 hours of certificated study consisting of 200Hr Yoga Alliance accreditation from Tribe Yoga March 2015, 80 hours Yin and restorative yoga, Anatomy and Physiology and advanced adjustments study with Simon Low at the Yoga Academy and 300Hrs Advanced Teacher training studying with Sampoorna Yoga, India in Nov 2018.

I am also qualified in Reiki healing and Thai Massage (head, neck and shoulders),

Yoga is not my only passion, I have always loved all types of health and fitness, having represented my county in Athletics (800m and Hurdles), being a dancer for 10 of my earlier years winning over 80 medals and 20 trophies and at 4 1/4 years old I am the youngest girl in Great Britain to swim a mile, raising £900 for multiple schlerosis.

I started skiing and snowboarding at the age of 31 and absolutely love it with all my heart. I like to get away a couple of times each season! The mountains are like therapy for me.  I don't think I would have picked it up as quickly as I did if it hadn't been for my strength, flexibility and razor sharp focus from yoga and meditation.

I also Rock climb and boulder, take part in strong man training (particularly Atlas stones and tyre flipping).

In addition to my general teaching, I also have a huge passion for working with those that suffer from ailments, disabilities and mental health challenges and love to see people feeling better and stronger and happier both physically and mentally. I have experience teaching people with Osteoporosis, Lupus, Arthritis and chronic anxiety, all of whom have benefitted greatly from being provided with classes specially devised for them.

The biggest passion for me within my work is the classes I conduct in many of the Uk's toughest prisons. Ive been lucky enough to be invited into Wormwood Scrubs, Elmley, Downview, Lewes and have been the resident teacher at Wandsworth prison for 3 years. I have also worked with the Royal College of Physicians for many years, celebrities and prisoners along with my fabulous weekly community classes I have around Kent.
