9.30-10.30am Dynamic Flow
An Energising flow to start the week- incorporating breath work, body conditioning, movement, flexibility and mobility drills and options for intermediate postures *suitable for beginners*
9am-2pm Contact for private lessons or Corporate classes.
7.30-8.30pm Functional flow
A combination of functional movement drills (to strengthen and increase mobility) with smooth flows and posture holds to condition the body and complimenting everyday life on and off the mat. A big focus on mindfulness and breath work to finely tune and balance the nervous system- quietening the mind for a blissful savasana.
12.30-1.15 Lunchtime Flow
Flexibility focussed class to reduce stress level, lengthen the muscles and calm the mind. Great class to ease mid week aches and pains from bad posture working from home and balance nervous system.
6-7pm Beginners yoga course (sold out)
9-2pm Contact for private lessons or Corporate classes.
5-6pm Zen hour
This class is your perfect end to a hectic week. The zen hour is dedicated to ground, centre and completely relax you. With a different theme every week, from a range of restorative & Yin yoga practices, pranayama (breath energy work) and a variety of Mediations.
