Traditional yoga class incorporating many aspects of the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga, such as the introduction to the Yamas or Niyamas, Pranayama (learning different breathing techniques and studying the breath) an inclusive Asana starting with a comprehensive warm up, sun salutations (surya Namaskara) A & B, Standing sequence, balancing, seated and introduction to inversions and finishing with Savasana (guided with meditation) and an Aum together.

All levels welcome to join and get a real experience of everything this incredible practice has to offer. It will take practitioners to their edge and help gain a depth of self awareness and provide the tools for transformation. Once you start to see and feel the effects from you practice (strength, flexibility, stillness of mind, mindfulness) on the mat, self-esteem and confidence raises off the mat also spilling over into your everyday life.
